The role will determine the statistical significance of curated Biological data as part of the AI driven identification of peptides, for use in healthcare products.

Required:

• 3 years experience in biological data analysis or as a Bioinformatician.
• Understanding of Bioinformatics.
• Experience with Python (especially Git) and React .
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Algorithms for Biological data.
• Understanding of DNA Sequences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

• Develop bioinformatics tools, Interpreting large scale biological data.
• Develop and maintain pipelines integrating every part of the company’s technology.
• Work with data scientists and lab members to understand their requirements.
• Bring requirements to life: from ideas to production.
• Participate in technical meetings and contribute to new solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
